Pick the delivery day (saved to the order sheet, cell B2), add an optional memo note, then enter the manager PIN. The delivery date goes to NetSuite's delivery field (EDD) and is not added to the memo.

One scan = one box, and nothing is received yet. Scan every box in the delivery — the counter goes up and the device ticks each time — then approve the whole lot once with RECEIVE.
Every count starts at 0 — enter the boxes you actually counted. Several items can be counted and received together.
Can't scan it? Use the existing Receive NetSuite Incoming route as before — that path is unchanged.
